"Ah-Ah.......  Oh.. I-it's just a false ala- ACHOO!!" you groaned, wiping your nose with a kleenex. Currently, you were in bed, sick with a cold and a fever, feeling like a truck had ran you over. You couldn't get up and it even hurt when you try to speak so the Italy brothers had been at your house, taking care of you.

Feliciano had to leave for a while since Ludwig dragged him out to train, so Romano was left taking care of you and he wasn't very happy at all to be taking care of a sick person, even though you were his girlfriend.

"Stupid fratello and that damned potato-bastard.." he mutter angrily as he entered the room, a small bag and a glass of water in his arms. You stared at him curiously as he came closer, hooking his foot on one of the chairs, dragging it over to you and sitting down.

He carefully took out the medicine inside the bag, opened it and poured the recommended amount inside the small measurement cup before handing it to you.

"Drink it, ragazza," he stated when he saw you turn your head away.

"No! I don't wanna!"

"Damnit! Just drink the stupid medicine, idiota!"

You just stubbornly huffed and kept your head facing away from him.

The Italian growled in anger and irritation before speaking up again, "Drink it!"

"No!"

"Drink it!"

"Never!!"

"Drink it!"

"Nein!"

"Drink it, already!!

"Nej!!"

"Just drink the stupid thing, damnit!!"

"NYET!!"

"Damnit," he growled impatiently, "Drink it or else!"

"Or else what, Lovi? What are you gonna do to me? Use your magic mustache on m-" you scoffed before stopping when you saw Lovino drink the medicine. He saw you gaping at him and he smirked before pulling you in for a kiss.

Your wide eyes instantly snapped shut when you felt his warm lips over yours. He grabbed your waist and pulled you closer, your hands entangling through his hair, sighing in happiness, completely forgetting he had the medicine in his mouth...

Until he took advantage of your open mouth and opened his, letting the liquid pour into yours. Your eyes snapped open and you tried to pull away, but instead he pulled you in deeper, holding you in his grip tightly, even forcing his tongue into yours when you stubbornly refused to swallow it.

He finally let go once every drop had gone done your throat, pulling away with a smirk as he wiped his mouth,

"That's what I'll do."

You turned to him, still stunned at his action, "W-what..?"

"To your question earlier. That's what I'll do."

"...You know you'll get sick right...?"

"Yea, but it was worth it since you wouldn't drink the damn thing. Stupid ragazza. That's what I'll be doing to you everytime you don't drink it," he replied as he started cleaning up.

You thought for a while, replaying the kiss over and over in your head, before finally replying, "Then, I guess, I'd have to start getting sick and refusing my medicine more often so I can get your kisses~"

Immediately, a blush decorated his face as he stuttered, trying to find a way to reply to that.

You giggled, your mind was becoming a bit hazy, but you spoke up as you noticed the resemblance he made to his favorite vegetable, fruit, Category-neutral-food-thing.

"Lovi~! You look like a tomato!!"

"S-shut up, idiota!!"

"I love you too, Lovi~!!"

"Don't call me tha-!"

"Hey~ What's that thing hanging from your head? It's bouncing~ I wanna touch it~!"
